1. Reservation and Cancellation:
1.1. All room reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. 1.2. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. 1.3. Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate plan and booking channel. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for specific cancellation terms. 1.4. Failure to cancel or modify a reservation within the specified time may result in charges or forfeiture of the deposit.
2. Check-in and Check-out:
2.1. Check-in time is from 14:00 PM, and check-out time is by 12:00 PM. 2.2. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 2.3. Valid identification, such as a passport or aadhar card, is required upon check-in for all guests.
3. Payment and Charges:
3.1. All room rates are quoted in INR and are subject to applicable taxes and fees. 3.2. Payment for the room and any additional charges (such as meals or room service) must be settled in full upon check-out. 3.3. We accept major credit cards and cash for payment. Personal checks are not accepted.
4. Hotel Policies:
4.1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel, including guest rooms. 4.2. Pets are strictly prohibited. 4.3. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property during their stay and may be charged accordingly. 4.4. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who do not comply with the hotel policies or engage in disruptive behavior.
5. Liability:
5.1. The hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or valuables during your stay. 5.2. Guests are advised to use hotel facilities and amenities at their own risk.
